Day in Paradise!

Today was my first day at the beach! Auntie and Mommy took me to Malibu and I was a perfect little boy! I got hungry while Mommy was eating so I let her feed me a bottle...I'm such a big boy now!

I got to put my little tootsies in the sand and it felt so good...

I am so happy that Auntie got to take me to the beach for the first time, because when I was in Mommy's tummy she and Auntie always went to the beach to bond and have fun sister times!

As Auntie prepares to leave on Sunday I cannot tell you how sad I am...but I know that we will have more times like today in our future.

Six Weeks Old Today!!!

Good News in Parentland...I let Mommy sleep 6 1/2 hours last night! Although I'm not fully committed to sleeping for long periods of time just yet, I like to give Mommy a break every now and then~

Daddy is back to work and he is getting is buns kicked by the Oscars this week. Yep...that's my Daddy...the big planner behind the scenes at CNN. I think he's so cool and I can't wait to show everyone how creative I am going to be...like my Dad!

The days are drawing near that my Grandaddy and Mimi are coming out for a visit! Its going to be so fun. They are going to take me to the Ivy to celebrate my Auntie's Birthday. Then, Sadly...my Mimi and Grandaddy will fly back to Ohio and my Auntie will be driving across the country again to move to Greenville, SC. I'm so sad because she is so loving to me and I will miss her kisses!

The good news is that a week after Mommy's side of the family leaves, Daddy's side will arrive! YEA! I get to meet my Grandma and Papa and Great Grandma and Grandpa for the first time. I can't wait for them to see my cuteness in person!

Baby Valentine!

Happy Valentines Day Everyone!
As you can see from the photo above, I'm wearing my best little lovey face today!
Mommy and Daddy got to have a romantic date night while Auntie Ali babysat me. It was fun!
I even let her bottle feed me last night...and she's lucky I did, because I usually only allow Daddy to bottle feed me!

Mommy and Daddy can't believe how big I am getting...11lbs as of yesterday! We had to go to my doctor again because my little bellybutton wasnt completely healed so they had to put medicine on it to make sure I don't get an infection. What can I say...I'm a sensitive little one! Nevertheless, I'm a big boy and I was brave! I think it hurt Mommy and Daddy more than it did me.

I hope you all got to celebrate with your loved ones tonight!
I love you all and can't wait to meet those I haven't yet.

Happy One Month Birthday Baby Camden!

Today is a big day in more than one way...First, I'm celebrating my one month of being in the world. Happy Birthday to me!

Next...and this is a big one...I slept 6 hours in a row last night. I think I scared Mommy and Daddy, but as soon as they came to check on me, it was obvious that I was ok...just a growing boy who needs his sleep!

Mommy loves the green and navy outfit on me that is pictured above to the far right. Tonight she went to put me in it and it's almost too small. I'm getting so big and strong.

I've been smiling a lot more and making lots of eye contact with Mommy and Daddy! I know I just melt their hearts and I plan to do many more things that will amaze them!

Mommy's favorite thing to do with me is put me in my stoller and take me for walks. I know that Mommy is trying to get back in shape...and I'm glad that I get to come along with her! We walked three miles yesterday! Tonight Daddy joined us on our walk and we went to the petstore to buy Wiley, my puppy, some cookies. It was fun.

So that's it for now...I am getting hungry so I think I will go make some of my cute grunting noises to let Mommy know that its time. Maybe I will sleep 6 hours again tonight...maybe not!
