My First Day!!!

Well we did it! Mama and I completed our first official day of Mama's Day Out!! I may look all ready to go in the photos above but don't be fooled! Once I arrived at Franklin Christian Church I lost it!! Somehow I knew that Mama was dropping me off and I wasn't going to get to see her for a little while...this made me very sad!!

I have three teachers...Miss Mandy, Miss Donna, and Miss Carol! They all showed me lots of love and helped calm my fears today! I even made my first piece of art for Mama and Dada...My handprints in red paint!!! I'm a true little artist!! I sang a song called; B.I.B.L.E during music time with Miss Maria, played in the ball pit, and had Recess too! I also took a nap for a little more than an hour on my cool nap mat! Oh yeah, and my buddy Mason is in my class! He's a little younger than me, but I may be looking to him for some advice on how to cope while our Mama's are away!!

Travelin Boos!

Hi Everybody!! Just returned from my fun travels to Ohio where I got to spend lots of time with my Mimi and Grandaddy! They sure are fun and I wish that they lived closer, but when I am in their arms, it is like no time has passed! We did lots of fun things...shopping at Nordstroms (Mama's favorite) for some shoes for me! Mimi bought me three new pair!! One pair of Chuck Taylors that I can wear now and two pairs of "fall shoes" that I will grow into! I got to visit with my Aunt Sandy (she sure does make the best homemade jam) and Uncle Rod! Aunt Kathy stopped by too!! Of course I had special time with my Gigi and Grandad Ben! They sure are cool...they even had three "A Boos" that I could play with at their house! I bet they knew I was coming to visit...
I got to kick it with my Auntie B and my cool cousins too! There sure are a lot of them and I can't wait to play with them again at Christmas time (and for them to meet my cool new brother Dashton Bleu)!




Bedtime in the car on the way to Ohio...I actually stayed up until 10:30P because I was soooo excited to get there!

Mimi and Grandaddy took us to the Best Zoo in all of the Land...The Columbus Zoo! I LOVED the fish!!

19 Months!!

Can ya'll believe it...I'm 19 months old? Mama is freaking out because she can't believe how fast time flies...of course it does Mama...We are having FUN!!

I'm such a big boy and I love to play outside, play hide and seak behind the curtains, and climb the stairs (with Mama and Dada's supervision, of course)! Also, I've recently taken a liking (finally) to my sunglasses. . . aka: My "Cool Dudes"!

I'm almost 23 pounds and in the 58% for my height!

I'm a big eater and have really taken a liking to dipping my chicken in plain soy yogurt-(Thanks for the tip Auntie G)!

I'm very agreeable as of lately...whenever Mama asks a question, my reply is "yeah" (even if I'm not sure what she's asking because the other day she asked me if I wanted to get rid of my Binks forever and I happily answered "yeah"...more like: YEAH RIGHT!! ) My doc says I need to give up my beloved Binks before Dashy B arrives, but Mama and Daddy aren't stressing it...I only sleep with it and whenever I awake from naps or nigh nigh I happily hand it over! Like Mimi says..."I've never seen an 18 year old take their Binks to college"!

Speaking of MIMI...I can't wait because I get to see her and Grandaddy in just a few short days!! I will be in Grandparent Heaven as they shower me with love!!! I have even been practing how to say MIMI and I pretty much have it perfect so I will be able to say it when next I am in her arms!

It sure is hot here in Tennessee...Dada's been working his booty off in the yard while Mama plays with me and chases me around!! Two more months and I'll officially be crowned the Best Big Brother In All The Land!!

Good Morning Sunshine!

Hey Everyone....

Here I am in all of my morning glory! I am such a great sleeper...I usually go to bed (without any problems, by the way) at 7:30P and sleep all the way until 8:00-8:30A! Mama and Dada really appreciate that I have a love for sleeping...I think I get this from my Dada!!

In the mornings, Dada brings me into my playroom, cuddles me up under a blanket, and puts on an episode of a super cool show, The Backyardagans! I am such a good boy while I patiently wait for him to bring me my warm milk! I love my friends The Backyardagans and all of their adventures. My favorites include the Tarzan episode (I like to beat my chest and make Tarzan noises), The Spy episode: I like to say:"Duh Duh Duuuuu", and of course The Surfs Up one...I LOVE to dance to all the cool songs!

Once I'm all finished with my milk, I chill out and finish my show and then I'm ready to play with my ball or my A Boo...or even my WiWi (Wiley)!

Thought you'd all like to see me in the morning...this was taken today while Mama and I were hanging out before we went to the gym!

Oh and in other news...I had my 18 month checkup (a few weeks late) today and I'm trending upward on height, weight, and overall growth! I'm a lover of life and a smart little man...but you all knew that already! Mama agreed to let the doctor give me ONE shot today...that's it...and I didn't even cry! Such a big boy!!!

(and between you and me...I overheard Mama talking about getting rid of my Binks...(paci) before Dashton arrives...UH OH)!!!!

K...gotta go catch some zzzzzzzz's in Dreamland!
