A Binks Addict In The Making...

Hello Sweet Dashy!

He's here everyone...Bee Bee Dash!

Mama and Daddy brought my Bee Bee home with them yesterday from the hospital. I am very curious about my new brother and sometimes forget that I need to be gentle...I'm just so excited and I want to play!
Mimi, Grandaddy, and Auntie Ali kept me great company while Mama and Daddy were away! I got a new train set and had so much fun playing with all of my new books and toys that everyone bought for me! They also took great care of our house and cooked up some yummy meals for Mama and Daddy so they can take it easy and rest. Mama says that she is in some pain...more than when she had me, but she is a tough cookie and I know she'll bounce back really soon. I know she feels very sad that she can't pick me up for about a month, but it's ok...I am allowed to crawl into her lap and Daddy is here to help too!
I went to the hospital to meet my little brother on Friday...I got to cuddle with him for a few minutes and Mama cried happy tears! (I think she's going to be doing a lot of that-especially in the weeks to come).

Dashy is very handsome (he looks a lot like me...but smaller and more fair)! He was born one pound and four ounces tinier than me!! He really is the Teeniest Tiniest! So far he is really great boy! Eating every three-four hours and very chill! I can't wait to show him the ropes and have a buddy to pal around with for all of time!

Gotta run...Daddy's taking me to get my hair cut!

Countdown to Being A Big Brother...

Hi Everyone...

Wow...I just can't believe that Mama and Daddy are going to bring Dashy into the world at 7A CT tomorrow! We are all so excited...and my Mimi, Grandaddy, and Auntie Ali are all here to keep me company while we await the big news! I'm soooo looking forward to lots of playtime and to have some pancakes tomorrow them at one of our favorite places to eat...The Pancake Pantry in Nashville!

Most of all, I can't wait to meet my little bro...baby Dashy B!! Don't worry everyone...I'll be sure to teach him all the ropes on how to be a cool dude like myself!

Mama is very anxious today...I think she's worried about the surgery...but it will all be worth it as soon as Dashy makes his appearance! I'm being such a lovey and a cuddle bug to Mama today...I want her to know that I'm going to be a good boy and that I love her, Daddy, and Dashy!

I will get to meet my little brother on Friday...Mama wants to wait until the doctors have put away all the machines before I come to the hospital...that way I can cuddle up to her and Dash!

Greetings Fall Friends!

Autumn has finally arrived here in TN and we couldn't be happier! We have had one long hot and humid summer (well, at least that's what Mama kept saying) and now there is a little crisp in the air that really makes us believe that fall is here to stay! Just in time for my "Bee Bee Datch" (10 more days)!!!

To celebrate the spirt of Fall Mama and Dada took me to Walden Farms (aka: The Punkin Patch)! There was so much to do...face painting, baby farm animals, corn mazes, yummy food to eat, crafts and balloon animals to buy... and of course PUNKINS!!! I picked out the first one and then Mama and Daddy got a few for the house too!

We had so much fun...on what will probably be our last big family outing before my Bee Bee Datch arrives! I just can't wait to meet him and give him a big kiss!

Swings and Binks!!!

Check me out...this is my new routine (and bad habit aka: BINKS)...
At bedtime, I love to have Mama or Dada wrap my blanky around my shoulders before I sit to watch some Backyardigans before I go read with Mama and then go Nigh Nigh! When I was sick two weeks ago, Mama made the mistake of letting me have my Binks 24/7 and now I'm a self proclaimed Binks Addict! Do they have Binks Rehab? I may need it someday! I am, however, improving and only using it just before bedtime again...so I guess I'm in the clear for awhile until Dashy is a big enough boy where Mama and Daddy decide it's time for me to hand it over to them! I hope that day NEVER comes!

Here I am on my new swing! Daddy bought it for me and hung it from a really cool tree in our backyard! I love to "wwwwwwwwing"!

Greetings All!

We sure have been busy lately...as you can see!

Featured above are some photos of my soon to be baby brother Baby Dash's Elephant themed nursery, (I call him:Beee Beee DATCH)! Mama and Dada reused my bumpers and of course I was kind enough to share my crib and old nursery furniture with Dashy! I'm too big for that stuff anyway...I'm still sleepin like a champ in my big boy bed/bedroom!!! I love to play in there with all of my toys and books! Mama and Daddy even set up a little hideaway diaper changing station just for me so I don't have to wake up Bee Bee Datch once he arrives if I need my diaper changed!

We all can't believe that my little pal will be arriving in just two weeks! I think we are ready...Mama and Daddy help me practice being gentle with my Bee Bee Doll-but sometimes I like to throw him in my dirty clothes hamper when no one is looking! That's just me, ya'll...gotta keep em on their toes!

Nigh Nigh Like A Big Boy!!!

Greetings To All!!

I have lots of fun news to share!

First...I had a great visit with my Grandma and Papa last weekend. They came in town all the way from Iowa to see me and give me lots of love! Dada and Papa were busy bees all weekend working on projects in our backyard and also putting in a storm door and hanging baby Dashy's chandiler in the nursery. Grandma and I played and played and she even tucked me in for the last night that I slept in my crib!

I am proud to report that I have now officially moved into my BIG BOY Bedroom and am sleeping in my BIG BOY TWIN BED! I slept soooo good on the comfy new mattress that Mama and Dada bought for me! Grandma and Papa bought me a new beta fishy and he hangs out in my new room with me! I heard Mama tell Dada that it is his job to keep my new fishy fed and cleaned!

This weekend my Mimi and Grandaddy (or G DADA) are coming into town for a visit! I am so spoiled with love these days! I can't wait to see them and get kisses and cuddles and give them back too!

Mama and Mimi will be at Dashy B's baby shower on Sunday...we can't believe he will arrive in four weeks! October 15th is the big day (as long as he decides to be a good boy and stay in Mama's belly until then...)! I know that Mama is very sad that she and I aren't going to have a lot of our exclusive Mama/Camden time for a little while, but that's ok...I am going to be a great big brother and I can share Mama and Dada with Dashy! There is enough love to go around...for that I am sure!!
