My Sweet and Silly Camden Boos,

After spending a very fun family filled weekend celebrating YOU, our pride and joy; I’m captured by so many memories of days that, at times, seem so long ago- yet also feel as though they were only yesterday.

On the eve of Your birth, I am still easily able to recall this very day four years ago…

Your Daddy and I were anxiously awaiting Your arrival (fivedays past your original due date), and had checked into St. Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank, California.

Although I had carried You in my tummy for nine months and was beyond excited to finally kiss and hold You in my arms; I vividly remember being so very afraid that I would not know what to do once You were born. Would I be everything that You needed? Would I be able to sense Your wants and shield You from harm the way I’d hoped? So many friends and family members assured me that my instincts would take hold and I would know exactly what to do from the moment we met…

Fortunately, despite my intense fears, that is exactly what happened!

From the first moment of Your arrival, You were the true essence of brilliance…the closest thing to perfection I’d ever seen and touched and I knew my heart had never loved this way! It was impossible to believe that the Miracle of You had finally been placed in my arms. That very moment I heard Your beautiful cry I knew the truest definition of: Unconditional Love.

And now here we are, Four Years Later…
From a tiny mild mannered, chubby, sweet baby with super dark skin and hair- to my silly wack-a-doo who simply can’t get enough of cars and music!

You continue to be the most true and pure light that has ever held my heart…the bond we created prior to Your birth has only furthered with every passing day.

I can remember watching You sleep during infancy with Your tiny little arms behind your head! I was so enamored by Your innocence and peace. To this very day, I’m still taken aback every night when I open Your door and see Your lovable yet ever changing handsome face in its most restful state. A Growing and Ever Changing Miracle For Which I’ve Been Blessed!

You have always and continue to inspire me to slow down and appreciate the simple yet intricate aspects of Life.

Yes- at times You can be extremely strong willed and stubborn; however, when I step back and look at the person You are becoming, I realize that I can honestly relate.

I often make light of the notion that I’m “raising myself” when talking about You. I know this concept will never allow for a dull moment-and even at times, You and I may embark upon bumpy terrain. This, however, is a road I’m willing to travel- because You are so very worth it, My Boos.

My goal in raising You, is to be consistent…because I know that is how You will respond best and hence become the gentleman that I have set out to raise.

You already show signs of true Love and Compassion:
From watching You hold open doors because Ladies Go First to having You crawl in
my lap and exclaim: Mommy, You Fill My Heart With Love, there is no moment that I want to forget! How did I become so blessed?

We have silliness about us; You and I! This is an attribute that I have and always will hold very close to my heart! I forever want to Dance Like Nobody's Watching when I’m with You, my sweetest Camden!

I will never forget the happy, yet uncontrollable tears I shed the day after Your birth. I told your Daddy: He’s going to be a man someday; because even though we’d just met, I knew I
didn’t want time to move too quickly.

I have been trying every since to find a Pause Button on Time; because it’s all happening so very beautifully, yet far too rapidly.

So many “firsts” have already come and gone:
Your first bath, the first time You slept through the night, Your first giggle, word, and kiss. Your first playdate; the time You first slept in Your big boy bed; the first time You ran to me with arms open wide; and the first time You cried because You didn’t want me to leave You at school. The
first moment You met Your baby brother; the first night I held You in my arms after
a bad dream and promised You that I’d always keep You safe, Your first soccer game; and all of the firsts in between.

I am honored to be Your Mommy and to be Your guide through the journey of this Beautiful Life!

Your joy and passion take my breath away! Though the past has moved at a speed too fast for my liking, I am grateful for what Your Daddy and I have created in You and for all that lies ahead!

Rock n Roll Baby!

Here's a cute little jam session that I captured last night! Dashy loves playing rockband with his buddy Elmo! What's even more cute is that both boys are dressed in their matching Elmo pjs!

Camden Boos and Dashy are truly turning into such good little buddies! Jeremy and I are now noticing that we are able to go longer periods of time before we have to "break it up" between them.

This time of year is so fun as our back yard really lends itself toward hours of playtime. The boys love running around and playing on our beautiful playground. We have also moved our daily dance parties outside so I can get in on the fun too! The colors of fall are so vibrant this year and we're soaking up as much time outdoors as possible!

Cam is still obsessed with cars...and Dashy is joining in on the cars love as well! So fun watching the two of them play TOGETHER!!

We are gearing up for a LONG trip to Iowa in a few weeks. It's been a great while since the boys have seen Grandma and Papa, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Cory and all of the cousins so we are anxious to arrive! I know that Jeremy's Mom is going to just melt when she gets her hands on our babies!

It's been awhile since I've posted anything...
The Boos Brothers had a busy October filled with fun and celebration!

From Mimi and Grandaddy's vist, Dashy's 2nd Birthday Party, The Pumpkin Patch, a visit from my very dear fun and silly college friend, Amanda and her family, to our Trick or Treat Extravaganza! What a truly fun and whirlwind month!

This video not only makes me laugh out loud, but marvel at our little Firework!

Effective January 2012, Dashy will no longer be in therapy! Due to his extreme growth and success, sweet Bleu has been released from weekly gross motor therapy sessions and we couldn't be more thrilled, proud, and relieved!

I'm also very impressed with Dash's concept of rhythm this early in his life. Not certain if his musicality is typical, but I sure do love watching his body movements change as the beat or rhythm of the song switches.

Tonight on the eve of the second year of Your birth, I can't help but be overwhelmed with A Love that cannot accurately be described; though through this letter, I will do my best.

I reflect on this very day two years ago...

Even though You were still inside my belly, I held such Adoration for You and knew our Bond was already so strong! Upon Your arrival and being placed into my arms, my life was Forever Changed.

You've grown into such a Silly, Chatterbox, Dancing, and Singing Adorable Little Boy...who Exudes True Warmth!

Your Smile is Infectious, Your Laugh Contagious, and Your Sweetness equates to such a Brilliant Purity! You truly do capture all of the hearts with whom You meet!

Dashy, You have and continue to teach me that any hardship can be overcome simply by applying Trust, Belief, and Patience.

You're cheering section has been vast and Your Daddy and I will never forget the Great Friends and Family for which we were able to lean at times of worry.

The strides for which You've made this year through therapy has been nothing short of Inspiring; and watching You come into Your Own grants my mind Peace and sends my Heart Soaring beyond the Universe!

Upon testing just three days shy of Your second birthday it was determined that You are now at the average level of a 25 month old in Gross Motor Skills...which is a jump of 16 months in the short 9 months for which You've been treated!
You have Grown not just in weight and height, but in overall Mind and Body Strength, and all who Know and Love You are Beaming with Joy!

My Wish was that You would be able to walk by 18 months and run and keep up with Camden by the end of the summer; and You, my Sweet boy, made Mommy's Dreams Come True! Watching You and Camden interact is a Marvelous site- one that brings tears of Extreme Happiness and Relief to my eyes.

Whether it be sitting at the table "conversing" with one another, fighting over who gets to play with which car at the train table, running through the backyard kicking a soccer ball together, or rocking out during one of our daily dance parties, I'm convinced that the Two of You are Destined to be Forever Friends!

I still can't get over how Tiny You seem all wrapped up in Your new Big Boy Bed!

Tonight when I tucked You in, we sang our favorite songs: Twinkle Twinkle and Bushel and a Peck, but added in the tune Happy Birthday:
Happy Birthday You You, Happy Birthday You You, Happy Birthday Dashton Boooo Weeeeburrrrr, Happy Birthday You You is what you sang.

In those moments I couldn't help but get lost in the Love I have for You ...it was Always in my Heart but has Grown Beyond Fathom!
And as it came time for us to say goodnight, You looked at me with Your Gorgeous Eyes of Innocence and exclaimed: Cuddle Me... and so I gladly stayed a little while longer.

Each and every night before I go to bed, I Peak in at You, Watch You in Your most Peaceful State, and Smile with Gratitude from Every Ounce of My Being that I was chosen to be Your Mommy!

Today marks one year since our beautiful Gigi began soaring in Heaven!!!
We remember and miss her today and everyday with so much love...

Below reads the eulogy that I wrote and delivered on the day we said "goodbye" to Gigi!!!

Today we celebrate the Love, the Life, and the Light of Mary Georgina Groves…. also known as our sweet Gigi.
A woman who, just like the saying: Danced Like No One was Watching.

It would be impossible to fully describe the impact of Gigi’s life… we all have our own personal memories to fill our hearts.
I am, however, certain, that each and every one of us in this room can agree that she enriched all of our lives beyond measure.

Gigi had a knack for making everyone feel welcome…, as Grandad has often said, “She never met a stranger”.

With the heart of a Humanitarian, she would welcome anyone and everyone with a genuine smile, a warm hug, and of course…with amazing food!

From homemade spaghetti and meatballs, chicken noodle soup, custard, cherry and apple pies, and who could forget her mouthwatering beef and noodles-our Gigi was THE BEST cook!!
Always the entertainer, Gigi would be bustling about, singing with her beautiful songbird voice, dancing around the kitchen, and making sure that everything was just so…but never once would you feel like she wasn't giving you her undivided attention.

Gigi defined the Quintessential Woman…A full time loving wife, mother and grandmother as well as a brilliant and savvy career gal.
President of Service Supply Limited by day, homemade meals on the table by night. Grandma mastered balancing the scale of running a company and being the cherished matriarch of our family without skipping a beat. Infact, she created the rhythm that is Our Family.

The definition of our Gigi…one word…LOVE!

A love so boundless and abundant…there was always more than enough to go around- and without effort…that was just her way.
Each and every one of the Grandkids were her favorite…

Ali and I have vivid memories of Weekend Tea and Sugar Cookie Breakfasts with Gigi and Grandaddy and Poolside Summers where we’d cuddle up to her warm sun kissed skin as she sang:

“I love you…a bushel and a peck…a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck…”

Over the course of their 64 years, Grandma and Grandaddy have written a beautiful love story…
One of a simplistic depth…
One that has set the bar higher than any poet could comprehend.

Today is bittersweet, as with heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our beautiful Mary: Wife, Friend, Mother, Grandma and Gigi but find fierce joy in knowing that her star shines brightly from the heavens and her spirit remains wrapped around each one of us like a comforting blanket.

Gigi is no longer with all of us in physical presence, yet has returned to her most brilliant form…I like to think she is up in heaven making it even more perfect for the day that we are all reunited

Thank you beautiful Gigi for being EVERYTHING to our family…we cherish and honor the memories that you have given us and we treasure your light that will never stop shining.

We had such a great little outing on Thursday after I picked the boys up from school...
We met Aunt Kimmi for a tasty treat...our favorite cupcakes at Ivy Cake!

Both of the boys picked out their own mini cupcake...
Camden chose chocolate with sprinkles and Dashy chose a "yellow one"!
Cam ate his in about two bites!
Dashy was taking his time, so Camden thought that meant Dashy wanted to share his cupcake and began to move in for the kill!!
Good thing Dashy Shoon Doon is so sweet!!

The Boos Brothers have had such a fun and silly summer...in true Boos fashion!!

It really has been a blast watching my babies take on the world...together!

They are communicating with one another and nothing melts my heart more than hearing them chat away with each other!!

We are so lucky to have great group of friends with adorable kiddos! Watching the boys interact with all of their pals is also beyond sweet and of course...hilarious!

Cam is really have a blast with soccer...he has his best pals, Gavin and Avery on his team and is making some new friends too!! Gavin is the team super star...he scored 7 goals today!! Cam had a great assist as his buddy Avery kicked in a goal!!
I'm thrilled that I've been able to take a few Saturdays off each month to dedicate toward watching Camden Boos run around the field!! Dashy enjoyes it too! Great time spent as a family...

As the Summer months come to an end, our weather is starting to show hints of Autumn and the Weber Family is looking forward to lots of outings spent together!

I Get A Kick Out Of You...

Today was a milestone in our family...our first sporting event for one of our little guys!!!

A few months back, Camden expressed that he wanted to play soccer with Gavin (his best friend)!

"Ask and You Shall Receive"...
We were thrilled to get him involved in the YMCA Soccer program with few of his little buddies!

Our great friend, Lindsay Holland-Gavin's Mom- took on the challenge of coaching our boys! She had them warm up: stretching and jumping jacks (hilarious to watch) and run/dribble/and shoot with the ball! We love that Lindsay is their coach as it will add so much meaning for us because The Holland Clan!!

Of course, it wouldn't be a family outing if someone didn't cry or throw up...

The Webers actually accomplished both today with ease...!

Dashy got SPF in his eye and cried, snuggled with me, walked around saying: SOAP IN EEEEEEEYYYYYE, snuggled some more, cried, cried and cried!

Post practice on the way home, due to the extremely hot/swampy weather, Camden threw up in the car-but no worries, he recovered quickly and was asking to play with his cars and for his "special treats" immediately following lunchtime!

My heartstrings can't help but be tugged by this cute little experience that we all got to share in as a family today!

Both of our boys are healthy, happy, and super silly! Being their Mommy is my greatest joy!!!

New Beginnings...

Today was our first day of our new school year!! We are so excited to have new teachers and be learning lots of new things!

Baby You're a Firework!!

Greetings All!!
I sure did have an awesome trip to Ohio last weekend!! Mommy and Daddy took me down a big waterslide and I couldn't get enough! My first pony ride was a success too!! Someday, I won't need anyone to hold me up on the horses because I'll be riding them all by myself!

I was fascinated by the Fireworks!! I loved hearing them go: "Boom Boom Boom"!!
Camden is such a "baby" because he's afraid of the noises that they make...But me? I wasn't scared at all!!

This summer has been so fun for our family...especially ME because I'm not only walking...I'm running!! I think I'll be graduating from my therapy very soon...which makes Mommy and Daddy so happy to see me thriving and just taking the world by storm!

I'm fast approaching 21 months- the age Camden was when I was born! I continue to talk more and more!

Just a few of my favorite things to say now are:

Having Auntie Ali close by gives me even more access to squeezes, kisses, and love!! She's the BEST!

Hey Ya'll!

Well, I'm back from a killer fun weekend at Mimi and Grandaddy's in Ohio!! There is nothing better than quality time with loved ones!

We spent our long weekend poolside, on horseback, stuffing our faces with yummy picnic foods, dancing to a band, watching fireworks, hanging with my cousins, and...well, I actually got to make some new girlfriends at the Columbus Country Club Independence Day Celebration!

I could really get used to celebrating America's Birthday...So Much Fun!!!

I turn 3 1/2 tomorrow...so hard to believe I'm really a big boy now!

Mommy calls me: Salesman, because I'm always negotiating with people so I can get my way! I promise to be a good boy as long as I get: Special Treats!!

I have a mouthy side as of lately, and I'm really not sure how I inherited such a trait...must come from someone waaaaaaaay down the branches of our family tree! :)

Nevertheless, I'm still a loving and sweet boy most of the time. The rest of the time is spent in: Time Out or playing alone (without all of my favorite toys: My Cars)!

Happy Eighteen Months Sweet Dashton Bleu! It is so hard to believe you are a year and a half and quickly turning into a toddler before my eyes! Time truly moves at a pace I wish I could slow down...especially after you were born! There are days where I feel like you were born yesterday and I want to rewind Time to those sleepless nights where you and I were cuddled up and all was simple; yet I wouldn't trade our Journey for the World. You have been the sweetest little man from the moment you arrived; however, your patience can run thin...an attribute for which I must adjust yet can relate. As you approached your First Birthday, Daddy and I wondered why it was that you hadn't begun to crawl...We weren't concerned until we met with your then doctor. Prior to even watching you move, based strictly from conversation, she "diagnosed" you with Muscular Dystrophy. This broke my heart, as I had been pushing away my own nagging concerns regarding your development. After the appointment, I felt defeated and confused. I turned to many loved ones and friends for support and they all said the same thing...that you were only a year old- and it was far too early to make these assumptions. The doctor recommended for you to be placed with Tennessee's Early Intervention System (TEIS), and in hindsight, her "diagnosis", although overwhelming on my heart, proved to be the best thing that happened! Two months later, it was determined you had a slight gross motor delay and physical therapy was prescribed. Your Daddy and I were thrilled that our family was gifted this opportunity to help you develop and reach the ultimate goal of Walking. Mr. Nate entered our World and it was a rough start at first...you had to learn to trust him! After a few sessions, we began to see progress and your affection growing toward your loving and kind therapist! Long story short, here we are...on your 18 Month Birthday and you have done it!! You are officially WALKING!! You began taking unassisted steps about five days ago, and each day you take more and more! I cannot begin to tell you how my heart is swollen with pride and relief that you, our baby boy, has reached this goal! I now know that God was just letting you be "our baby" a little while longer! Your verbal skills are accelerated and we've known this for some time- you vocabulary spans well over 50 words and you show interest in saying new words daily! Our little Communicator! You have also recently begun to show a new level of Affection...you can't give enough hugs, kisses, and cuddles; and believe me- all who know and love you are more than willing to accept! I'm convinced your smile is Sunshine from Heaven...true perfection! I am so thankful for the gift of YOU...Our Sweetest Littlest Baby!! Sky's the Limit My Dashton Bleu...No matter what Life's obstacles may bring, I will ALWAYS be here to remind you of this!!

Happy Sixteen Months To ME!!

Mama took this photo of me this morning, so it's hot off the press! I was having my morning Baba and getting ready to go to my school's Valentine's Sock Hop, (hence the reason for my shirt...it says "chick magnett")! I didn't want to hurt any of the ladies feelings, so I let them know that I'm One Bigboy Valentine for All!!

I am slowly adjusting to school...being around big groups of kiddos is very new to me; so sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed! I sure am excitedto see Mama when she picks me up and immediately return to my happy self! I guess I'm just going to have to learn to adjust, because I don't think my crying is going to get me out of going to school. Mama promises that I'll make friends and be Mr. Social in no time!

In other news: I began physical therapy last week. Let me just say: NOT A FAN! Mr. Nathan is my go-to dude for all things catering to physical challenges. Needless to say...NOT A FAN of Mr. Nathan! Maybe once I start realizing that I can do it...I'll grow to love him! He's gonna have to work for my love- that's for sure!

At home, Mama and Daddy are working with me on rolling a ball, standing on one leg and learning to shift my weight from one side to the other! I've mastered climbing up the stairs like a champ- now I just need to learn to go back down them!

I have 30 words in my repertoire people...pretty good, huh? I don't say them for many people, because I'm shy- but...I DO say them! Some of my favorites as of lately: Backpack, bubbles, WiWi (for our puppy Wiley), Eat, Up Up, More (I can sign it too), On (as I point to the tv in the car), Ball, Book, Bye Bye, and of course: Mimi! :)

I am obsessed with Dancing!!! I just can't stop Workin It!! Thankfully Mama acts like a freakshow, so I can be silly with her when we have our dance parties!!

How is it that You have turned the magic number of 3 already-Where has the time gone?
I vividly remember the day You were born...

In retrospect, I was far more nervous to become a parent than necessary; because from the first moment I held You in my arms, my heart became swollen with a love unlike I had ever known and instantly I knew what it felt like to be Your Mommy!

Calling You a blessing just does not do You justice!

This year has brought about many transformations in You...but one thing never changes: Your endless silliness and zest for life! It is evident that these characteristics are only going to grow with You and help to shape the very person You will continue to become.

Although very unbending and sometimes stubborn; Your sweet natured innocence is infections and brilliant!
Keeping Daddy and I on our toes is an attribute that we know will remain; and as challenging as it may be for us at times, we want You to be strong and know who YOU are!

You exude energy...sometimes more than Mama can handle...but I wouldn't have it any other way!
From the moment Your tiny little feet hit the floor in the morning, You are singing silly songs, jumping, laughing, dancing, and begging for those around You to join in on YOUR Party!! And what a Party it is!

Your favorites at present include: Mickey Mouse, Little Einsteins, Thomas the Train, and of course: anything that has four wheels!

In addition, You are very social and love having Dance Parties with Mama, Dashy, and Gavin; loving on your best girl, Brecken; meeting new people young and old, playing at school with Your friends, spending time with and getting spoiled by family, and exploring many new adventures.

I do, however, wish You'd try new foods...but we will keep working on it. :)

We hope to introduce You to the world of Hip Hop Dance Classes this year...stay tuned!

You have truly become verbal and conversational. Sometimes it feels like I'm talking to a man trapped in a little boys body- Hilarious and I know this will become even more so within the coming months!

Daddy and I can't wait to see what You have in store for us in the coming years!

The joy that You have brought to those who know You is indescribable- but a feeling that captures many hearts and smiles.

What melts my heart more than anything is watching You BE a Big Brother to our Dashy! Being the oldest child in a family holds many responsibilities and I have no doubt that You will live up to them beyond our dreams. Dashy already admires His Camden!

My First Day!!

....it's for school, you say?

We're on our way ...I'm a big boy just like my bro!!

Wow...I'm wiped out! Today was my very first day of school! Don't I look handsome in my new clothes with my super cool lunchbox that my Grandma and Papa got me for Christmas?

Mama dropped Cam and me off this morning...
I was very excited at first- waving to my new teachers, Miss Donna and Miss Carol but as soon as Mama handed me over, I got a little sad! My surroundings were totally new and I didn't recognize anyone after Mama left!

But then...I remembered that Miss Donna and Miss Carol used to be my big brother's teachers and I decided to give in to their Love!
I didn't get much of a nap, as I was far too busy taking it all in! So many other kiddos my age to play with...so little time!

I get to go back on Thursday and play with my new friends again!

I know that Mama felt very sad to leave me today...I even heard her tell Mimi that she felt empty with both of us boys out of the house! It's ok Mama...we will all benefit from this experience and pretty soon you will be zipping around town like a crazy lady getting all of your errands done so we can finally enjoy some family time on the weekends!

...Poor Mama!

K...that's it for now!! I need to get a little shut-eye before I dig into the yummy sweet potato all by myself with my big boy spoon!!

New Year Babes Boogie

Happy New Year To All!!

Here we are, the Boos Brothers, all excited and ringing it in in style (pajama style that is)!

We got back from our amazing Christmas visit at Mimi and Grandaddy's a few days ago and now we are just enjoying some cozy family downtime with Mama and Daddy before everyone heads back to the usual routine on Monday!!

Santa and his "elves" were very good to us this year, bringing clothes, books, and toys a plenty! Some of our favorites include: A new train table, our musical instruments that we are playing with above, a dancing Mickey Mouse Doll, books by Nancy Tillman, new boots and tennies, stylish gear...and of course: ROLLERSKATES!

Mama and Daddy were spoiled by Santa too! They got some beautiful pieces to display in our cute house, and Mama's all time favorite merchandise from Lululemon Athletic! (We think she may be a bit obsessed...)

A couple of things we look forward to in early 2011:

ME, Dashy B has qualified for physical therapy! I begin within the next few weeks and we are all truly excited and feel very blessed that we can all learn together how to help me soar to new heights and reach my ultimate goal of walking! All in my own time through...of course!
ME, Camden Boos will be turning THREE next Saturday!! Hard to believe that I'm already such a big boy, but also hard to imagine what life was like without me! I'm just that cool, ya'll!
More Family Time: Mama has decided to change up our schedule a bit: Mondays and Wednesday will be shared with Gavin and his little sis: Indie Lynn; Tuesday and Thursdays we will BOTH be headed to school for a few hours so we can play and learn and Mama can get some things done that she hasn't been able to due to her very full weekly schedule! We will now be able to spend most of our weekend hours as a family doing fun outtings or just being cozy together, rather than racing around to complete errands (no one ever has fun when we are racing around)!

Hope this is finding you all feeling the love from this amazing holiday season and ready to embrace all that 2011 has in store!

Jolly Ol Saint Nick!

Ho Ho Ho!!

As ya'll can see we were soooo excited to hang with our pal Santa! When Mama asked me what I would say if St. Nick asked me my whole name, I replied that my full name is: Camden Boos! I also did not hesitate to tell him m y number one wish: Rollerskates!

Mama thought that I, Dashy B, would be freaked out by the Jolly Old Elf- but as you can see- Santa and I became fast friends!

We were so happy that Mama and Daddy were both there to celebrate our seeing Santa Claus...such a fun family outing!

Even though I, Camden Boos, was a very bad boy all day...up until the moment I headed out the door to see him, I promise that I will be a good boy all the way through Christmas, (Hmmmmm....I may have been crossing my fingers on this one)!

No worries everybody...I Dashy Doodles made a secret promise to the Big Guy with the White Beard that much to my parents dismay; I will keep training my vocal chords in true Adam Lambert fashion!

An Update from Little Boy Bleu

Hey Ya'll!!

It's been a bit since I've blogged, so I thought I'd take a moment to catch you adults on what I've been up to these days!
Life is sweet for me and now that I've started crawling, I'm a much happier little dude!

Tomorrow there is a therapist coming to meet me and check my motor skills! Mama and Daddy just want to be sure that I'm ok and are doing all that they can to help me reach my full potential! I know they worry about me...so once we have some feedback from our visitor tomorrow, I'm hoping they can rest a bit easier!

No matter what, I'm a sweet and loving little boy! I don't scream nearly as much as I used to because I'm able to express myself in words! I more than make up for my delay in gross motor by my advanced verbal skills!

Our new pediatrician said I have the social and verbal skills of an 18 month old!! Yay Me!!!

I LOVE to try to say new words! So far, at a few days shy of 14 months, I can say the following: Mama, Dada, Baba, Mimi, Ali, Dog, Cat, Tree, Uh-Oh, Ball, Car, 'MMMMMM (when I like what I'm eating) Nigh Nigh, Bye Bye, TV, Pee Pee (ha ha), and a few more...

In addition, I can mimic on que the animal sounds for a: cat, cow, duck and monkey!

Hard to believe that this time last year I was so teeny tiny! This Christmas I'm so excited because I will get to play with our new toys with my big brother...hopefully he will share his cars with me because I LOVE cars and want to be just like Camden Boos!!

Baby It's Cold Outside...

Brrrrrrrrrr!!!

Today was a snow day for us!

Mommy decided she didn't want to drive us boys around town today so she canceled her kickboxing class and we had a cozy morning in!

We set our sights high as we ventured out with baby Dashy, but then Mama realized that she didn't have mittens for him, so we only kept him out for a few minutes! He loved being pulled in the wagon as always!

I got to gallivant around in the snow for almost half an hour, but it was so cold that my hands started getting icy so Mama made me come inside! I was persistent in my efforts to try to stay out, but she wasn't havin it!

Luckily for me, I got to warm my tummy with some hot chocolate and marshmallows! As You can see...I loved it!!

Following Dashy's nap and our lunchtime, we had a blast shooting hoops and watching Veggie Tales with Mama up in the playroom!!

Lastly, to round out this day of fun, Mama even baked me chocolate chip cookies to eat after my nice long nap!

So that's about it from here...getting ready for Santa and being a good boy as I know he's gonna find out whose naughty and nice!!

Greetings!!
Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend...we sure did! We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year- Daddy made our friend from California- Oliver's amazing Mac n Cheese, Mama made a turkey that seems to be the gift that keeps on giving, Auntie Ali came over and brought her delicious sweet potato casserole, stuffing, and made mashed potatoes of which Gigi would have been so proud! Our friends, Avery, Berlin and Auntie Jen, Uncle Adam, and "Grandma Pam" came over to enjoy the holidays too! They brought two yummy pies and green bean casserole! Needless to say we have a TON of leftovers and had a great time celebrating and Giving Thanks!

Over the weekend, we got our house all ready for Christmas and are really enjoying the glow of Christmas throughout our home...such a cozy feeling!

Daddy leaves for his trip to LA and Vegas on Friday...Mama wishes she could go! We will miss him, but are so excited to have our Mimi come and stay with us until next Tuesday! Nothing like the kisses and cuddles of sweet Mimi!

We can't wait for Daddy to get back because when he does, we are going to visit Santa!!!

Here we are in all of our bubbly tubby glory!!

Isn't it so funny how Dashy loves to dunk his face under the water...Daddy caught us in the act of our silly behavior while Mama was at work!

Things have been very busy for us these past few months and as sad as we have been that Gigi and Grandad Ben are no longer with us; we also take great comfort in the fact that their souls are once again reunited in perfect and peaceful glory! Mama and Daddy have promised to keep their memory alive by always telling us stories so that we grow to "know" them our whole lives.

We are all doing our best to get back into our routine here at the Weber House-the past several days have been a prelude to winter with grey skies and cold air!

We are really looking forward to Thanksgiving with Auntie Ali and some friends this year! We promise to post lots of pictures of our turkey day bliss!

We also can't wait to open all of our cool presents at Christmas time....oh yeah, and being with Mimi, Grandaddy, Auntie B, Uncle Jerry and all of our cool cousins will be a blast too!!

Baby Oliver Lloyd Richardson was born on October 28th at 11:51P. A very handsome and perfect little man; weighing in at 7lbs 11oz and 21 1/2 inches long!

What a BLAST we had on Halloween!!

Mama had to teach before the fun began and when she came home she realized that Daddy used her expensive eyeliner to draw on my beard!! Oooops Daddy! The good news is that he actually did a good job and didn't ruin The Goods (my face, OR the eyeliner)!

My Beautiful Little Boy Bleu:

As I write to you on the eve of your birth, I am amazed at how fast a year can pass!

It is difficult to believe that one year ago tonight I was still carrying you around safe in my belly...unfathomable at this point to recall that I had yet to meet you-because I can not remember what Life was like without Dashton Bleu Weber!

I remember going to bed so anxious for your arrival...wondering what you would look like- how big or small, and if you'd be ready for the world that awaited.

I will never forget holding you for the first time-immediately after you were born. You remained snuggled in my arms for hours! Pure euphoric bliss for your Mama!

Mostly, you have been a dream baby...sent from Heaven to remind us of the beauty and complexities of Life.

From the beginning, you have had a Voice...
Your Daddy and I have always known when you are not pleased. You can go from "zero to mad" in one second. Nevertheless, it doesn't take much to soothe you, our angel baby, and we adore you beyond words.

You have a smile that touches my soul and a boistrous laugh the makes my heart skip a beat!

You are in awe of Camden and simply cannot get enough of him. Sometimes I look at photos of you both and the resemblance is uncanny, yet you each have your own unique look and personality.

I hope that throughout your lives, the two of you will cultivate an unbreakable bond of Brotherhood and Friendship.

Dashy, without even knowing, you have been a refuge during a sad year for our family. With the loss of our beautiful Aunt Susan Yoder and our sweet Gigi this year, your innocence has lifted us up and given us a reason to smile.

In the span of a lifetime, One Year is the blink of an eye- so many milestones occur, yet they can be blurred by the hustle and bustle of Life.

As your Mama, I have tried to do my best to soak in each and every moment with you: from the first time I held you in my arms, to your first: time meeting your big brother, your smile, bath, giggle, full night's sleep, word (ball), the first time you ate table food, and yes...even the last time you nursed. I have loved and treasured it all and I promise to continue to do so throughout your life!

My greatest wish is that both you and your brother will grow to appreciate the "Little Things" because it is They that make Life so grand!

Hey Ya'll-it's official....Fall is HERE!!!
Today was a beautiful, crisp, and cozy day!! We've been anticipating this weather for quite awhile and in celebration of it's arrival we took a family walk today!!
I, Camden Boos, am all about pulling My Dashy in the wagon...it's my new thing! Dashy loves it too because he gets to actually "move" without having to do any work. So typical of my little bro! :)
We are so excited for all the different events that are around the corner...first up this month: Our trip to Ohio this coming Thursday to celebrate Mimi and Grandaddy's 40th Wedding Anniversary!! Wow..that's a long long time!
We are also going to give Dashy B his first birthday party and it will be so special because he will be surrounded by many family members and get to have his first taste of my favorite thing on the planet...Chocolate...aka: CHOCY... "I WUVVVVV CHOCY"!!
When we return to Franklin; Mama and Daddy will take us to the Pumpkin Patch where I will pick out a few punkins and pet some cool farm animals!! I can't wait to show off our super awesome punkin patch to Dashy- he's going to love it!!
Mimi's and Mama's Birthday are in October too!! Such a fun time of year for us!
Let me just say that I'm countin the days til Halloween!! I'm going to be a Pirate and Dashy, a Parrot!! I will pull him around in the wagon during Trick or Treat and run up to houses saying: "Arrrrrr Matey...give me your candy right now....pweeeeze"! I've been practicing a lot!!!

Hey Ya'll...

It's been awhile since we checked in to our blogworld! Not without good reason, of course...

We were traveling to Ohio and had a long stay...Sadly, our Gigi has gone up up up in the sky to Heaven! We are very sad that we can't see or kiss her anymore, and so are Mama and Daddy! We do know, however, that she is in a peaceful and perfect place...one day we will get to be together again!

In other news...

From Camden:

I love love love my school and friends! Even though I refuse to nap while at school, I am a good listener and helper! My teachers say I'm a joy!!

Mama and Daddy bought me a new hanging star light for my room...it's red and I love it! I think it's "super duper awesome" and love showing everyone when they come to our house to visit!

From Dashy:

Can ya'll believe that I will be one in two weeks? I had a really rough time while at Mimi and Grandaddy's last week. Everyone thought I had an ear infection, but as it turned out I was getting six teeth in at once! OUCH!!!!

Now I'm back to my happy and silly self! Walking, you may ask??? Well, I think I'd need to crawl first!! Still not really into the idea of exerting too much energy...I'll get there when I'm good and ready! :)

We are heading to Ohio again next week to celebrate Mimi and Grandaddy's 40th Wedding Anniversary and me, Dashy B's first birthday! Auntie Ali found a recipe for a dairy free birthday cake!!!

Hey Everybody....It's Me...Camden!!

As you can see, we spent the holiday relaxing and playing outdoors! We have finally had a change in the weather and Fall seems to be near! Hard to believe that Baby Dashy will be ONE in just five weeks!!!!!

Mama and Daddy did lots of yard work while we played in our Radio Flyer and I rode bikes and my Jeep with my good lookin neighbor, Katie! She really is a cutie and I love when she includes me...she is, afterall, an older woman!

Little Maconohey on the Bongos...!!!

Hey Everyone....Sorry it's been so long since we've been in touch! We've had a few busy weeks! We returned from another great journey to Ohio last Monday and then Mama was crazy busy with working at the Studio!

Since we got back I'm excited to report that Mama and Daddy bought a new car...well, it's used, but new to us!! A 2008 GMC Acadia! It's got all the bells and whistles...double sunroof, third row (with a walk through), and the best part...A TV with headphones, which is me and Cam's favorite part!! We were sad to say goodbye to our first "family" car: the Nissan Murano...as it treated us very well!

In other news...I'm almost 11 months and guess what...still not crawling! I love to scream actually shriek, until someone brings me what I need or want! I am doing everything on my own time and everybody is just gonna have to deal with it! I secretly know how to crawl and walk but I just don't feel like showing anyone yet! :)

My big bro started school last week...he is in the Toddler 2 class and although he refuses to nap, he loves learning! This week, the letter A, the number 1, and a bit of Spanish...HOLA!

Daddy has been working super hard this week, as the CMA Nominations were announced! Mama's so proud of her clients: the ladies of Little Big Town for their nod!!!

Will the summer ever end? We can't wait for fall! My birthday is just around the corner...hard to believe!!

Just wanted to share a few photos from our day today...We had a blast playing with our buddy Gavin and during Mama's little photo shoot! Here we are after running through the sprinklers and a nice relaxing tubby!!

Dashy B is looking handsome....Mama tried to recreate a photo shoot done by our amazing photographer, Ilde Cook. Mama and Daddy have pictures of me, Camden, doing the same thing as Dashy below!! We sure are due for a date with Ilde soon...but we need to wait until Dashy is at least walking! (he'd probably have to crawl first...and he's still not interested!)

Hey Ya'll...Check out my cool new drum set! My Auntie Ali is the best!! She brought it over today and I can't stop rockin out!!!

A few other cool things to report-

I am now wearing big boy undies! Only two little accidents today- not too bad, huh? I take a lot of joy out of the fact that I can go potty by myself (TT, not Poo Poo-but I'll get it all down soon)! I even have a potty dance that Mama and I made up! I sure do look silly doing it, but Mama looks even more silly when she does it!!

Dashy is finally starting to show signs of crawling- I'm predicting within the next few weeks! I was crawling much sooner, but we know that my little brudder has a mind of his own and will get around to it in his own sweet time!

Our trip to Ohio was great...we all had a lot of special time with Gigi and Grandaddy Ben; and of course being in the arms of my Mimi and Grandaddy only made it that much better!! Greetings Friends!! We sure are having a great summer...both of us are growing up way to fast for Mama's taste, but we make sure we keep it fun and interesting so she doesn't miss a moment of our cuteness (and wildness too)!
A new favorite past time is to hang out in Mr. Camden Boos room after naps where we read and play with Mama. Our naptimes are almost in sync so Mama has been able to get some things done around the house lately (even if it is just lunch, a simple shower and a quick phone call)!
We sure do love our buddy Gavin...he is with us on Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings and we all have really gotten into a great playtime groove! Of course, we still have our Dance Parties post lunchtime! A new summer past time is to run through the sprinklers and get as dirty as possible so Mama has to throw us in a bubble bath!!

In other news, we are going to Ohio this weekend...Our Great Grandaddy Ben is sick so we are headed his way to bring him so love and smiles! He was just diagnosed with small cell Cancer and we ask that you keep him in your thoughts and prayers- we all love and admire him so very much!

Hi Camden-I can't believe that you are two 1/2 today! Where has the time gone- it truly has felt like the blink of an eye since you were my "Teeny Tiny Lookalou"!
This is not to say that I haven't appreciated each and every moment that you've been in my world! A true gift; and one that has utterly and completely changed my life for the better. I LOVE being your Mama and am so proud of the little man you are growing in to! Yes, that's right...no longer are you a "baby" (though you will ALWAYS be MY baby). Your little body has changed from chubby and squishy to long and lean almost overnight! You still have the cheeks...I hope they stick around for awhile!
When I come into your room to sneak a peak of your peaceful sleeping, I cannot believe how big you look! It melts my heart and breaks it all in the same instant. I wish I could keep you little forever- innocent and wide eyed; yet I also can't wait to watch you experience all that life has in store.
Since your second birthday, you have really shown us who you are: A strong willed yet silly and loving little guy who can't get enough basketball! You would play and watch the game all day- it cracks us up! You have a mean shot and we only hope you continue to hone your skills; because at this rate, you may just be the best player in the world someday! :)
You love to dance and play "air drums" while riding in the car. You have many favorite songs which you insist on hear again and again; and I am proud to say that you appreciate Bob Marley as much as your Mama and Auntie Ali!
You have developed a fear of the dark and refuse to sleep without the closet light on. Each night before bed, you still beg us to leave your door open and the answer is always the same: "No Camden, we do it to keep you safe," yet you still remain persistent in your quest...you get that from me!
You have recently taken an interest in the "potty" and Mama and Daddy are so proud of you! We haven't and will not force the issue because we know in time you will be out of diapers. Just as with anything...in YOUR time! I love that about you...very strong willed. I know, however, it will be a big challenge to raise such a determined young man!

Wow Am I Hungry These Days! I'm still the happy little guy I've always been; however, I am growing boy and really starting to show some signs of being a bit more demanding these days! I have found my voice and am not afraid to use it!! It's okay though...Mama and Daddy love to be at my beckon call!!

In other news: I'm still anti-tummy time and refuse to roll over from my back to front! I know how, but I just don't want to! Mama always tries to get me to stay on my tummy but I just flip myself right back over to my back! I'll show her... :)

Mama made an appointment for me to see a new doctor next week! His philosophies are more on the natural side of healing, and Mama feels that he may be exactly what we are looking for! Please cross your fingers that he's "the one"!!

Speaking of Mama...she has totally lost it! She is leaving us and Daddy tonight to go sit in a movie theater to be with her other "husband"...EDWARD! For those of you that don't know of this obsession...it's pretty silly! She and several of her closest girlfriends (and fellow Twi Hards) will be sitting in the movies from 7P-2A this evening watching all three of movies in the Saga!! We will miss her, but know that she's really been looking forward to this "girls night" for awhile! Wonder how she plans on pumping in between movies....hmmmmm???

Hey Everybody-It's Me...Dashy B!
We have been celebrating my eight month birthday today! Hard to believe, huh? Mama feels like I just arrived but in some ways its like I've always been around!
Summer is here for sure in Tennessee...today is 100 degrees and very very humid, so we decided to do my little photo shoot outdoors with the hope that the humidity would be good for my dry little skin!
I'm such a happy boy and love to play with anything that is within my reach- Nope, not crawling yet, but I should be very soon! I'm not a huge fan of being on my tummy still, but that's ok, because I just roll right on over when Mama tries to give me tummy time!
I love love love my big brother and he loves me! He always kisses me before bedtime and says: Goodnight Budder! Mama usually melts!

Whew, it was hot out there! Mama brought me in to give me a tubby and then Daddy came home to give me some cuddles! Time to eat...I'm a hungry little man!

Hey Everyone...It's me, Dashy B!

We had a great trip to Ohio to visit Mimi and Grandaddy!

As of last Friday, I am officially a baptised little man. The ceremony was short, sweet, and private- just our family!

My big brother and I had so much fun being little nudies and playing in Mimi and Grandaddy's flower garden!

Auntie B gave me my first little haircut- I was a good boy, and Camden even helped me stay focused!

We had lots of visitors...Mama's friend Rachel and her kids; Aunt Kathy; Aunt Sandy (who is expecting her little Grandbaby boy in October), and Auntie B too!! We had lots of cuddle time with Gigi and Great Grandad Ben too!!

Looking forward to another trip to Ohio in August with just Mama and Camden. Wonder how she will fair traveling with us on an airplane without any help!

Tonight is a special night in our city! The GAC Benefit Concert/Telethon is goin on to help save and rebuild our city from the horrible flood damage! Our Daddy is right in the thick of it! Along with Country Music's finest; he is manning the phones-taking donations! Daddy even got to walk Nicole Kidman down the red carpet!

We had a fun night in with Mama...we played, relaxed, ate some dinner, and played some more!I got to do my favorite nighttime thing...take a bubble bath with Mama!

Dashy went to bed pretty early, so I got to stay up a little later than usual and watch the Benefit Concert on Teeee Yeee (TV)!

I sure do love Lady A...somehow, I managed to "shake my booty" to the slowest rendition of "Need You Now" and still look like a rockstar!!

We are thrilled to announce that a little piece of heaven has joined us here on Earth!

Baby Emma Elizabeth was born on Tuesday, May 11th at 1:00pm PT. She is just perfect: 7lbs 19.25 inches!

Mama Sara and Daddy Jeff are so in love with her already and we are too! The only sad part is that she is a California baby so we probably won't get to meet her for awhile! That's ok...Our love knows no distance!

Happy Mother's Day Ya'll!

Boy did we treat Mama right on her special day! We pulled out all the stops with Daddy and had a blast spoiling Mama with lots of Love and goodies
First we let her sleep in until 9A and then woke her up with love and snuggles...
Then, a champagne toast and gifts! We got her a new FlipCam so she can record all our silliness!
Daddy made reservations for all of us, including Auntie Ali at a yummy place called: Lilly Belle's
where we got to eat brunch outside. Dee and Breckie were there too!

After our meal, we all took a stroll in the sunshine through our beautiful downtown Franklin- one of Mama's favorite places!

The rest of the day was spent around the house...Daddy made Mama fajitas for dinner!

Mama feels so lucky to have all of us and be able to spend so much time with us each week! We are so glad she hasn't had to go back to work at an office and that her fitness career is starting to gain momentum!

One thing is for certain: We all feel very blessed to have such love and happiness in our lives!

Hope all the beautiful Mommy's out there had just as special of a day as ours did!!

Greetings to All!

We have been dealing with some crazy weather and flooding here in Nashville but are happy to report that our family and friends have not suffered any damages. We feel so badly for those that are faced with the aftermath of the floods...Homes and lives have been lost, and historic landmarks in ruins! We are sending our love and prayers to all those in need! Please do the same!

On a happy note, we are enjoying our spring! Lots of fun times on our new playground and with our new buddy Gavin! Our friends from California, The Manternachs, just moved to town too! They will be staying with us until their belongings arrive toward the end of the week! Avery is two and Berlin is almost six months so we kiddos all have a lot in common! Mama and Daddy are enjoying catching up with their friends and are consuming a lot of vino in honor of their arrival!!

We are all so lucky to live in such an amazing city and be surrounded by wonderful friends and loved ones!

Fun With Mimi

Hey Friends:

Even though we were sad to say bye bye; we sure did have a great time last weekend while Daddy was at the Academy of Country Music Awards in "Begas Baby" (Las Vegas)!
Mimi came to visit and help Mama keep control of the house so I didn't run too rampant while Daddy was away. Mama was grateful because sometimes I can really be a challenge and whenever Mimi is around I am always on my best behavior!
Of course, Mimi came bearing gifts...cute clothes for me and Lil Bleu, and a new pair of Crocs complete with a basketball and a Thomas charm for each shoe!
I am really digging "Thomas Cars"; especially my new Percy train and Thomas Starter! Mimi can really rock some choo choo sounds! I can't wait until she comes back to play again...Grandaddy too!
Poor Grandaddy...Mama said he has to get his hip replaced because he is in a lot of pain! He already has one fake hip and now has to get the other one done so he can play golf again! Pretty soon we will be calling him the Tin Man! Awwwww I Wuuuuuuv You Graaaaandaddy!!
We are so glad to have Daddy back this weekend...too bad he didn't "Win Big" in "Begas Baby"...

A Splendid Six Months!!!

Starting the love affair early...

Sweet Baby Bleu....

To my Littlest Dashy,

It is hard to believe that six months has already passed since you entered the world- becoming our precious baby boy and Camden's little brother.

Looking at you tonight as you lie in your crib sleeping with those tiny hands behind your head brought me to tears! You are still so tiny, yet growing so fast! I am in awe of how quickly time passes once you become a parent.

I love experiencing the world through your innocence-it reminds me how life is truly miraculous.

I remember prior to your birth; anticipating your arrival with excitement yet also with a bit of fear that I wouldn't be able to give you and Camden all that you both needed. Sweet Dashton, you have made my job very easy up to this point. You are a complete joy! With a smile and giggle that are so big-you truly exude all that is good and pure!

Currently you are rolling over from your tummy to your back and coo-ing non-stop! Crying is a rare emotion that you express...really only when you are hungry.

Speaking of eating; you stopped sleeping through the night about a month ago and I knew that it was time to start feeding you cereal. So far, you've done extremely well with it, but due to severe and unwavering eczema, we have discovered you are most likely allergic to dairy. Mama has eliminated all things diary to my diet. At first I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to do it; however, there are so many tasty and healthy options. Maybe, in some small way, you are helping me cleanse my system, (I'd do it 100 times over for you, little boy)!

Soon you will be taking the next step with food...Stage One! Mama is going to make as much of your baby food as possible; as I find great joy in doing so! I can't wait to watch you enjoy all the new tastes and textures.

You will be sitting up like a big boy soon too...

I am already beginning to see the bond develop between you and Camden. It's as though you are looking toward him to teach you. You watch him very intently and he couldn't be more in love with you! My wish is that the two of you have a bond like your Aunt Ali and I-unbreakable and the best of friends!

You are the epitome of a cuddle bug, and from the start-I have wished I could just keep you in my arms forever- that you would never be too big or too "cool" for me to hold close!

I believe that I do a good job of appreciating all of the stages that you and your big brother go through-but even still- Time...why can't we just slow it down a bit?

Looking forward to watching you experience all of the "firsts" these next few months...just promise to take it easy on how fast you accomplish them! I want to savor each and every moment of your endless wonder!

I love you more than my heart can take or my mind can comprehend. A Mama's love for her babies is like none other!

Greetings Everybody! I have someone I'd like for ya'll to meet: My New Buddy Gavin!

Mama has agreed for me to have a playdate with this cool dude on Monday and Wednesday mornings! What's great is that Mama makes a little money and me and my new pal get to kick it! Today was our first day and we had lots of fun...guess what, Gavs likes to play basketball almost as much as I do! He's also really good at baseball- I may be able to take a few pointers from him and be ready for Tball by next summer! We enjoyed the beautiful morning by playing on the playground for a long time with Mama while Dashy snoozed in his swing! By the time Baby Bleu woke up it was lunchtime for all! Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhiches- yummmmy!!

At noon, Lindsay, Gavin's Mama came to pick him up and we both had to take our dreaded naps! Neither one of us are too into napping but our Mamas say it will make us grow big and strong!

I was so excited to be able to introduce you to my new friend, but it's off to dreamland I must go!

Hey Ya'll! We are back from our trip to Iowa! Boy did we have a great Easter with Grandma, Papa, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Cory, Aunt Jen and all of our cousins!! We were a total hit with the family and loved playing and having quality time with everyone!

One highlight of our trip was when we went to see the Easter Bunny! Me...Camden Boos...LOVED hugging and slappin high fives with Mr. Bunny! I could have hung out on his lap and snuggled all day! Me...Dashy Bleu...LOVES EVERYTHING as usual.

We were pretty good boys for road tripping such a far distance over such a short time (22 hours in four days)! Mama says that as long as we keep practicing we will be pros in no time!

Daddy is traveling the next two weekends so it's just us with Mama this weekend...but Auntie Ali is having a slumber party on Friday so we can't wait to see her when we wake up Saturday morning! Mama will be teaching her class at Seren Motus so we will have Auntie all to ourselves!

Next weekend, Mimi comes for a visit! We get to be in her arms for three whole days and we truly can't wait for all of her kisses and cuddles.

Being with family as often as we have is just further proof that moving from Los Angeles to Nashville was the right decision for all!

The trees here are sooooo pretty! Me...Camden Boos...loves to point out all of the colors of the trees and flowers! There is no prettier spring than in the South!!

Hippity Hoppity Friends!

We are really excited for Easter because we get to road trip with Mama and Daddy to Iowa to see Grandma, Papa, Auntie Jamie, Uncle Cory, Auntie Jen and all of our girl cousins!!

It's going to be a long drive, but we are going to break it up into two days each way! We know that everyone is going to melt when they meet me, Dashy B and crack up at me, Camden Boos!

This weekend Daddy took us to the neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt! Mama was busy running errands but didn't feel too badly because she took us last year! (well, Dashy B was there, but he was in Mama's belly)! It was good for us boys to have a little special time to ourselves!

We are going to go hang with the Easter Bunny in Iowa...we haven't decided if we will cry or not- we like to keep everyone guessing!

Hey Everybody...It's US...Camden and Dashy Boos!
We had a blast today at the Nashville Zoo! Other than the silly monkeys, we didn't really see a whole lot of animals this time, because we were too busy socializing with our friends: Brecken, Elise, and Baby Linken and Lofton!
Highlights from our day included:

For Me, Camden Boos:
1. Being drug around by my girlfriend, Brecken. She sure does love to boss me around and I'm totally fine with it. She's and older woman and pretty hot, so it's ok!

2. Meeting my friend with the pigtails, Elise! She is another pretty lady and she was gentle and sweet with me...I loved holding her hand!

3. Riding on the merry-go-round with my girls and Mama! I got to ride the big lion and I kept saying: "up and doooooown"!

4. Playing in the "Jungle Gym" where I got to take off my shoes and roll around with my girl Breckie!

For Me, Dashy Blue:

1. Being pushed in my stroller by Mama and seeing all the sights!

2. Hanging with my boys: Loften (9 months) and Linken (6 months)

3. Watching my big bro mack on his lady, Breckie in the Jungle Gym!

All and all we had a great time and can't wait to return! Maybe next time, Auntie Ali will join us!

I am recovering from my very first cold- it wasn't pretty folks! Mama was sick first with the stomach flu, then Camden brought his yucky germs home from school and passed them a long to Daddy and me! The whole house has been sick for about two weeks! (well, everyone except for Wy Wy-our puppy)! I was also diagnosed with severe eczema and had to be put on a prescription strength oil that has calmed the dime sized welts that were covering my tummy. Mama has also gone "dairy free" as my doc said that I may have an allergy! Poor Mama...no cheesy pizzas for her!

Getting ready to go on my first airplane tomorrow to Ohio to see Mimi, Grandaddy and all of my other cool family members! I just can't wait to be passed around from loving arms to loving arms!!

What's Up Ya'll? Camden Boos in the house! Well actually OUT of the house, as you can see in the picture! FINALLY I was able to do my favorite thing yesterday...play basketball OUTSIDE!

I love my backyard and can't wait for my big boy playground to be installed in a few weeks. Mimi and Grandaddy bought it for me and Dashy...and of course, all of our buddies who stop by! Somehow I think we may be the hit of the neighborhood this summer!

I have to admit, I've been a bit of a challenge to Mama and Daddy lately! I am just a big boy and I want everyone to know it! I like to think I call the shots when it comes to ...well, just about anything, but Mama usually wins! Daddy is a bit of a softy, but he knows how to put me in a timeout if necessary! I have been spending a lot of time in the naughty chair lately! Why did this Supernanny chick ever get a TV deal anyway?

Looking forward to going "up up in the skiiiiiiiii" tomorrow to see Mimi and Grandaddy! I shouldn't be spending too many minutes in timeout in Ohio because I tend to put on the charm like nobody's business and fool everyone into thinking I'm perfect-(cause I kinda am)!!

Hey Ya'll!

We sure did have a great time with Mimi and Grandaddy when they came to visit! Although they were here to celebrate Auntie Ali's 30th birthday, we still had lots of family time to snuggle and be loved on by them! They truly are so much fun and always make us smile!

Grandaddy loves to play basketball with me...Mimi would cuddle Dashy and cheer me on as I showed off all of my cool dude moves! I really am quite the little basketball star already! I LOVE to watch "ba-ball on teeeeyeeee" (translation: basketball on tv) and Mama and Daddy don't know how this came to be; because they really don't watch sports in our house! The good thing is that Mama's favorite sport is basketball- I don't think she could take it if I took a liking to football or even worse: GOLF! YUCK! (sorry Grandaddy)! Mama still hopes that one day I will be a little guitar hero or hip hop star!!!

On Saturday-
Mama took Mimi to the studio where she continues her fitness apprentiship: Seren Motus Fitness Studios and got to teach a good part of the class that Mimi took! Mimi said that her arms and legs were really sore!

Grandaddy, Dashy, and me went to play at the gym and then had a boys lunch while Mama, Auntie Ali, and Mimi had a girls day of pedicures, lunch, and shopping!

This past week we all took Auntie Ali to Pancake Pantry to celebrate her birthday-we all ate lots of yummy food and enjoyed that we got to celebrate her special day! We feel so lucky to have Auntie living her and love her soooooo much!

Happy Four Months To Me!!!

Hi Friends!!

It was a great Valentine's Weekend!

Daddy surprised Mama with a special date night where they got a couples massage followed by some Thai food! It was nice for them to be able to go out and have some "adult time" as Mama calls it! We were, as always, in great hands with Miss Nat!

On Sunday Daddy cooked us a yummy blueberry pancake breakfast...made with love!!

Hope everybody had a great weekend too! We are having another snow day tomorrow so we are going to hang out with Mama all day (and maybe drive her a little crazy with a few toddler tantrums)!

Today was such a fun day...

Mama, Dashy and me went over to Rachel and my buddy, Mason's house (aka: Masey)! Aunt Kimmi was there too!!

I was a tad apprehensive at first, thinking that Mama was dropping me off and leaving, but once I realized that she and Dashy were along for the fun, I relaxed and began to have a blast with my buddy! Masey and I are in the same class at school and Rachel and Mama are good friends and take classes together at our gym!

While Dashy slept and Mama, Rachel, and Aunt Kimmi did whatever a bunch of ladies do when they get together; me and Mason had some rockin boy time in his super cool playroom! We shot hoops, ate popcorn, had graham crackers, and watched tv too! I really loved his cool chair and I have asked Mama to hook me up with one sometime soon! Maybe for Valentimes Day! Masey and I were just two cool dudes kickin it ...

Hey Everybody!!
It's been awhile, but we've been experiencing problems with our blogsite! Nevertheless, we sure have been busy having lots of fun!
Last weekend we experienced what it was like being "snowed in" in the South! Because Nashville isn't equipped to handle any more than a light dusting of snow, the city pretty much shut down all weekend. The mall and a bunch of other places were shut down...and of course...Mama's favorite: no school for me!!
I was so excited to go out and play in the snow with Daddy...and Mama even taught me how to catch snowflakes on my tounge!

The best thing to report as of lately, is that Auntie Ali has officially arrived! We sure have seen a lot of her and it makes me sooooo happy that she lives so close! She is the BEST at teaching me new basketball moves and also secretly sneaking me candy when Mama and Dada aren't looking, (Auntie Ali told me that Aunt Sue used to do this for her and Mama when they were little, so she is going to keep the tradition going with me and Dashy)!

What's new with my little bro?? Well, Dashy Bleu loves EVERYONE and continues to be one smiley little dude! He is also finally sleeping through the night again. He was waking Mama up a few times a night for about two weeks ago with the hopes that he could have a little midnight snack, but Mama decided to just rock him instead so he would remember that he was a big enough boy to make it through the nigh nigh without food!! Dashy B is growing into a chubby little buddah and really does look a lot like I did as a young man of his age!

One other thing to report: Mama passed her NETA fitness exam and now sky's the limit...She is currently assisting at Seren Motus studios three days a week, will soon have her own classes to instruct and will also be developing a new concept class at the studio!

Can't wait to see what's next for our family- we truly are in a growing phase and are all really excited for what's to come!

Gotta sign off now...time to eat some homemade pizza that Daddy made! Yummmmmmy!!

Three Months Of Love!!

Hey Everyone...it's me...Dashy B!

Can ya'll believe it was my three month birthday yesterday? I sure am getting big and wise for my months!

As you can see from my film debut, I love to coo- Mama says I sound like a baby seal! She also says that I'm a big flirt! I'm all about giving out love and cuddles!!!

Happiness is where it's at, my friends!! I truly am one happy little man!!

Despite the joy that I bring into the world, we have had a bit of a rough week! Mama got really sick and we weren't sure what was wrong. At first she thought she had a really bad flu- but then we learned it was mastitis! She was in a lot of pain...headache, fever, chills, rash...the whole nine yards! I have been helping her out by nursing a lot! I woke up twice the first two nights she was sick to nurse and this helped her a great deal! I woke up just once last night, as I think she is getting better! Hopefully tonight we will all be sleeping until the sun comes up!

Daddy just left for his big business trip to Alabama today! We were all sad to see him go, but Mama plans to keep us all busy and have lots of fun too! She is even going to have a Girls Night (whatever that means) on Saturday!!

As far as my big brother Camden Boos goes...well, he is just the best! He keeps me entertained! I always have a smile on my face when he is around! He gives me lots of kisses...and is showing me the ropes on how to shoot hoops! Maybe someday I'll be as good as him!

To My Big Boy,
It is late tonight, and I am just sitting down to write to you after peaking in your bedroom. Mama loves to watch you sleep…so innocent and peaceful!
Tonight is a special one…the eve of your second birthday! I cannot believe how fast these two years have passed- feels like I was just holding you for the first time only days ago!
As I entered your room tonight, there you were- positioned just as you were moments after being born: with your hands in fists and your tiny arms up over your head; only those arms aren’t so little anymore! Sure you still are (and always will be) my baby boy- but tonight I marveled at how much you’ve grown, not only in size!
This past year has been so magical! Watching you become a toddler has been more fun than I could have possibly dreamed- and a true learning experience as well! From the moment you began walking soon after your first birthday, you developed a sense of independence! This is a blessing and a curse to your Mama because there are times when I just want to hold you close, but you are so busy chasing life and taking in all of your surroundings.
You have inherited my silliness- for this…I’m grateful.
You have inherited my strong will- and for this at times…I’m frightened, (although I know that once you learn how to channel this, it will play as one of your strengths).
I will say it again…I truly wish I could pause time! In my heart I know that one of my best assets as a Mama is that I revel in the little moments; in fact, I can’t get enough of them!
From the way your adorable cheeks look when you chew your food, to your furrowed brow when you are uncertain about something, to the way you love to dance in the car, skip, play basketball, your undying obsession with balloons, and your ever growing vocabulary!
Camden Jon Weber…you simply amaze and inspire me on a daily basis!
You are talking up a storm these days-even putting sentences together! Every day it’s something new and I look forward to every sunrise, as I know it will bring moments of sheer joy and humor! Don’t get me wrong, you also have “toddler moments”:
You have begun hitting Mama and Daddy, when you don’t get your way sometimes you throw your cup, your food, or even yourself down on the floor (my little Drama King), the word “no” is one you use often and you’d rather have chocolate than anything else.
Despite spending a few minutes in Time Out, your moments of sweetness far outweigh the challenges!
You love being read to! Books, books, and more books! Currently your favorite is: Goodnight Moon but you also enjoy: It’s Time To Sleep My Love, The Itsy Bitsy Spider, On The Night You Were Born, and Little Pea, just to name a few!
Today at the playground you melted my heart into a puddle! I was feeding Dashy while observing you in action. You took an interest in a cute little blonde girl…Hearing your giggles and seeing you chase and be chased was a milestone. No longer do you play “around” other kids…but you are beginning to play “with” them!
Tucking you in at night is a must for Mama…my day just doesn’t feel complete unless I get to read you a book (or three), put you under your covers, snuggle for a few minutes, tell you “LOVE”, and of course…hear you say it back!
Thank you Camden…you light up my world and are a blessing from the heavens!
